水道代、電気代、インターネット料金、全て家賃に含まれています。

​*All rooms are furnished. 

エアコン、ベッド、冷蔵庫、机、いす、その他カラーボックスなど、付いています。

​*One month rent and cleaning fee(¥30,000) are required.

入居時には、一ヶ月分のやちんとルームクリーニング代¥30,000をいただきます。しききん、れいきんはありません。ほしょう人がいない場合もだいじょうぶです。

​*Rooms on the 4th and 5th floor (4 rooms) have a share bath/shower and  

​2 restrooms. 

​4階と5階（合計４部屋）の人たちは、おふろ、せんめんだい、トイレ、はシェアになります。
